Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions. We decided to gather them so that  you can find every useful information you might need for a stay at Rimini Aiglon Hotel.

What time on my arrival day will I be able to access my room? And what time will I have to leave it on my departure day?
Rooms are available from 1 pm as we first have to make them perfect for your arrival! If you can’t wait to reach us and you want to arrive earlier, no problem: put on your swimwear and flip flops and our pool – or beach, as you prefer – is ready for you. As per the Check-Out, we kindly ask you to leave you room, begrudgingly, by 10 am.
Can I get to Aiglon Hotel with my pet?
Of course! Serena has a lovely dog too and loves pets, that’s why we will never say no to that. We do admit small and medium-size pets but don’t forget to take the vaccination booklet with you as you might need it at the beach.
Are lunch and dinner served at the table or on a buffet?
This year we decided to set up three splendid buffet islands dedicated to various proposals as our meals were so yummy that guests wanted to taste them all! Meat, fish and vegetables, fresh fruit and spoon desserts...you’ll soon find out that cooking is our passion. Not to mention the special evenings like gala and candle-light dinners and Romagna’s typical one with local specialties. Mouth-watering!
What type of entertainment does Aiglon provide?
Our entertainment service is taken care by a team of professionals who will be engaging adults and children in a number of fun activities, games and dances. Otherwise, if you prefer a quiet holiday you will have your own spaces to enjoy a higher level of intimacy. Theme evenings are of all kinds and consist in special dinners which will give you the opportunity to learn about Romagna’s traditional cuisine, enjoying a candle-light dinner or taking part in a pizza party...just as in childhood!
Is there a pool at Aiglon?
Certainly! At Rimini Aiglon Hotel we have a 15-meter pool with a slightly sloping bottom suitable for baby swimmers. Our pool is enormously appreciated by all those who, after lunchtime, don’t feel like returning to the beach and choose to sunbathe on our loungers taking a dip or sipping a soft drink.
What do you propose to celiac people?
We are not gluten-free certified, but we are at the complete disposal for people with gluten intolerance: we have a Schar box with gluten free products for Breakfast. For lunch and dinner, we have gluten free pasta and piadina. Our chef will be happy to respond to the needs of people with food intolerances, but they will not be able to prepare elaborated dishes since we do not have a kitchen for exclusive use of gluten free products.
How about people with specific dietary requirements?
Vegetarians will be provided with a wide array of delicious vegetables and cheese, starters, main and second courses. As per our guests with celiac disease, we ask them to bring pasta and pastries for breakfast from home so that we can cook with all the due care.
Will I be able to park my car?
Of course, we have car spots included in our accommodation plans.
Is there a WI-FI connection?
Absolutely! What kind of hotel is a hotel without WI-FI? It’s available and free within the entire property, even in rooms!
